For years, I lived a life that looked perfect on paper. I coached executives of multi-million-dollar businesses on leadership, emotional intelligence and people strategy. I was “successful.” But inside, I felt disconnected from who I truly was.

I spent decades repeating toxic patterns in love, work, and within myself. It manifested in my physical body, screaming at me to pay attention. Until one day, I chose to listen.

That choice led me down a path of profound healing and remembering. I broke ancestral cycles, cleared stuck energy, and came home to my own soul.

I left the corporate world and starting living in alignment with my true calling: to be a vessel for the divine.

Now, I blend everything I’ve learned — from the boardroom to the spirit realm — to support others in remembering who they are. I’m not here to fix you.

So much of healing involves diving deep into our family’s trauma and pain. It was not until I tuned into my own maternal grandmother’s story where I realized so much of her survival was encoded into my DNA, my body, my entire being.
